EMBODIED GRACE YOGA CHURCH
Embodied Grace is an open gathering where everyone is invited to explore practices that let the body experience God’s healing presence through yoga. Each session features guided meditation typically around a Christian mystic at its core, blending shared movements with moments of quiet reflection. Over time, a warm sense of community grows among those present, rooted in attentiveness, compassion, and simply showing up together.
The Rev. Charles Fredrickson is the founder and spiritual leader of Embodied Grace. Pastor Charles has served congregations in Texas and Wisconsin, and as a missionary in Japan.
